Since it's that time of the year again... blessed solstice!

And happy Hearth's Warming (not that that's quite upon us yet), good yule, merry christmas, and happy whatever other holiday you may happen to be celebrating.

Have a blessed solstice Schnee. :)

I'm just glad the days will finally start lasting longer once again.

Thank you, and the same to you!

Yeah, I can relate. I like cold weather and snow, but having the sun set at 4pm can be a bit depressing; it's much nicer when it stays up until 10.

Happy Solstice, Winter, Saturnalia, Xmas, hearth warming, whatever... :D

It was 57°F here today and almost all our snow melted. Rain tomorrow. Happy Holidays!

Hah, yeah. We've not even had any snow yet at all! And there's a forecast of rain for early next week. Woo-applebucking-hoo. :)

Happy holidays to y'all, too!

Is it even possible for the sun to set too late? :P (Well, I suppose. Travelling further north in late June, I've had nights where the sun was still just below the horizon at midnight and where it never got truly dark. That's a bit too much of a good thing indeed.)

One of the things I like about winter, anyway, is that the sun also doesn't rise too early. No birds causing a racket right outside your bedroom window at 3:30am... :P

Either way, blessed summer solstice to you. ^^

Thanks for answering your own question :P

I'm thankful I live in a place where the difference between the earliest and latest sunrise is a bit over 2 hours.

A blessed winter solstice to you too :)
