365 days of SL, day 62:

(Click for larger — 1920x981 PNG, 2371 KiB)

I started walking down Route 9A on Jeogeot again last night, just like on day 46. And again, I didn't get far; In fact, I got even less far this time, because when I took a look at the (pretty impressive) tree that was featured on day 44 already, I noticed that there seemed to be two people standing on one of the branches, in the typical "hunched over, arms slumping" position of someone who's AFK. Then I looked at their nametags, too (you may have to click through to the full-size version to make them out).

Wait. Ron Linden, and Phillip Linden?

Of course, it's not real; these are merely inanimate objects made to resemble SL avatars, with text floats to give you the impression that they really are some of Linden Labs' big cheeses. However, I'm not aware of a Ron Linden (there may well be one, but if there is, he's likely just one of the "common folks" at LL), and Philip Linden's name is not even spelled correctly.

Still, I thought it was amusing. :) BTW, these two are visible in the screenshot for day 44, too; again, look at the full-size version to see them more easily (although they are visible on the scaled-down inline image, too). Can you see them?

And for that matter, can you see me in the above shot? :)

I see you! :D

And I'm wondering when we started spelling "busy" with a z!

Yay. ^^

And yeah, that's one of the (accidental) clues that show that these two are less than genuine. :)
