I walked across Route 9 for a bit again last night and came across a balloon making its rounds (ridable, too, IIRC!), right next to a classic US-American diner (complete with a "Catillac" (sic) convertible, even).
But the screenshot doesn't just depict this, it also shows a glitch I occasionally get on SL where turning on Light/Shadows creates a unique kind of pixelization. This is easier to see at full resolution — take e.g. the Cadillac:
Does anyone have an idea what's up with this? I've worked out myself so far is that this tends to happen when Firestorm is already consuming a lot of memory, and that it's usually a precursor to an OOM crash, but that doesn't explain why it happens or why memory pressure would cause this kind of visual glitch to begin with.
