Last night saw an (admittely brief) visit to a sim called Tschotcke. Given the name, I just had to take a peek. :) (If you're not familiar with the word, Wikipedia, in a display of amusing verbosity, defines it as "a small bauble, doodad, doohickey, gewgaw, gismo, goolya, kitsch, knickknack, lagniappe, swag, thingamabob, thingamajig, toy, trinket, whatchamacallit, whosie-whatsit, widget, etc.".) It's a rather neat Yiddish word, but then most words of Yiddish origin are. Hmm, I wonder if there's a sim called "bupkes", too.
The sim itself was a seaside sim located near Route 14 again, in the same general area as Knaptrackicon (day 292), Slapdoogle (day 291), Hoobelch (day 290 and 289) and so on. It's a fun area to explore, even if I didn't have as much time to do so last night as I'd wanted to.
Location: Tschotcke (221, 70, 21) (Las Catalina's)
