Cygwin perl

Wow, has hell frozen over? Cygwin has actually updated their Perl and gone from 5.14 (first released in early 2013) directly to 5.22 (first released in June).

This is wonderful news, of course. Not just because 5.14 has long been unsupported, but also because newer releases bring a plethora of new features and updates.

On to the future! (And I hope the next major update in Cygwin will happen before 5.30.)
